My Athens

My dear readers, as most of you know, I am at the Food Expo event in Athens, Greece. Inside the exhibition, which will close today, our friends from euromeatnews.com organized yesterday, Sunday, 2 panels to  discuss the present challenges and the future of the meat industry, with all its components.

It was a long discussion, with many speakers from the industry, national and international professional organization leaders(Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, CLITRAVI). I will come back with my selection of opinions in the next edition of the newsletter.
